2012 Fairfax Holocaust Proclamation Thanks to Fairfax Human Rights Commissioner, Mr. Michel Margosis, the Fairfax Office of Equity and Compliance will ensure that this Proclamation and a date of remembrance is scheduled annually. JCRC looks forward to this continued partnership long into the future. On hand for this special remembrance was Congressman Gerry Connolly, who opened the program with delivery of his remarks in the Congressional Record about the Fairfax Proclamation presented to Mr. Margosis.
